We were contemplating whether to have Thai or Vietnamese for lunch and we chose the latter. I enjoyed the pork chop plate-the marinated pork is very tasty but they can improve on the included salad-very small amount -I may have been too disappointed that I was not able to take photo. The serving for the pork is generous though-2 thin, big slices. The beef pho is really good-very delicious broth with ample serving of meat. One large order is very filling.
Great food! Love coming here. My kid begs to come here and she is super picky. The flavors are so amazing. Best pho here in the Dublin/Pleasanton/Livermore area!
I wanted to update my review since I didnt have any pics of the amazing food the owner serves up. I really like the service here and how much they care for their customers. This Vietnamese place is unassuming but you gotta try their beef rib and spring rolls. I cannot confirm or deny that I cam here 2 days in a row. Its clean and inviting and lets get into the food:
BBH (bun bo hue) (4/5) all I can say is that I wish it came with more blood. So good and flavorful!

My co-worker & I have been on the hunt for a good Pho spot & it's official, we found our local go-to lunch spot! Nestled in the corner of a small plaza, Pho 99 is ran by the sweetest lady & offers such an inviting and welcoming presence. The restaurant is well kept with the cutest Pho neon light when you enter. My co-worker ordered the Bún Bo Huè and and I ordered the Combo Chicken Pho and I was very ECSTATIC that they offer it dry style! Not many places do and I love eating it this way. Both were so good we've went twice within a week. You can tell that the broth is was made from a labor of love, so good. The best thing about the service was the owner remembered us from our previous visit and took note of our requested adjustments. As the colder seasons are approaching, we will definitely be coming here more often, so happy to have found this hidden gem.
Great service. Nice environment. Best prices in the tri-valley area and less crowded. Hidden kinda tucked away in the corner. I enjoyed the marinated grilled beef spring rolls and my partner enjoyed her pho very much too.
My mom and I love coming to Pho 99, we come so much that it's basically our second home. Tina cooks the pho broth overnight which is why it is amazing, and she's incredibly kind and accommodating. Rain or shine, we always end up back inside Tina's restaurant!
